Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center offers a convenient Benchmark Conference Plan that provides added value to all of our meeting and conference programs. The Conference Plan is a simplified method of pricing which groups all conference-related charges into one easy-to-budget cost per attendee. It is one of the important ways a conference center helps you enhance productivity and get the most for your meeting dollar while ensuring a successful, flawlessly-executed event.
The Benchmark Conference Plan at Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center includes:
- Standard audio/visual equipment and services
- Dinner served in the Vista Verde Restaurant
- Deluxe guest room accommodations
- Buffet breakfast in the Vista Verde Restaurant
- Conference space set up to your specifications
- AM/PM refreshment breaks
- Buffet lunch served in the Vista Verde Restaurant
- Professional Conference Planner to assist with the planning of your program
Your Conference Plan will begin with dinner on the night of arrival and end with lunch on the last day of your program. To add further convenience, Conference Plan meals are pre-selected for you by our culinary team. Breakfast and lunch are sumptuous buffets; each evening we offer five entrée choices as part of a four-course nightly dinner rotation.
Celebrations of special occasions can be vital components of conference programs. For just these special events, we offer private dining options at a nominal surcharge above and beyond your Conference Plan pricing. You may also upgrade your coffee breaks, host a cocktail reception, plan a private breakfast meeting or stage an exciting theme party. A full package of standard audio-visual equipment is included in your Conference Plan package pricing, according to the schedule below. Note: allocated equipment can not be substituted or credited.
